ReplyDeleteAs for my favorite memory...it would have to be my One Year Wedding Anniversary weekend. The hubby and I spent the weekend in wine country and stayed in a Bed and Breakfast. It was lovely :)

I have two great memories. One is the weekend we drove down to Fort Bragg in California for Fathersday and we camped out on the cliff overlooking the ocean> It was absolutely beautiful!

ReplyDeleteMy wonderful memory for this summer has to revolve around getting married, of course! I had an amazing wedding/ book moment the morning of the wedding ceremony. I was in a Tennessee hotel soaking in a claw foot tub. I had a half hour to relax, so I opened up "The Stone of Tears" by Terry Goodkind. The two main characters, whom I adore, ended up confessing their love for one another and became engaged. It was a perfect moment because it brought to the front emotions I had gone through with Brad a year before. A few hours later, I walked down the aisle focused, completely sure and confident in my love and trust for my husband. :)

We've had a pretty relaxing summer. The best thing that's happened so far was the move into the new house. I love the area, its absolutely beautiful here. We had a wonderful family cookout on July 4th and my hubby showed off his grilling skills. So the memory I guess would just be a happy, uneventful summer surrounded by the ones I love best.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite memory would probably be be not just my joy at holding my first print of Blood's Voice (my 1st book) but the look on my oldest sons face as he tried to convince me to let him have it. It was a great day in my house!

I've been working all summer and the weather has been bad do I don't have any great memories. My favorite book so far is Magic Slays by Ilona Andrews, I read it twice this summer.
